At the start of October, we welcomed Katrina Pullen as Production Manager. Katrina has been brought in to support our continuous growth and assist the production processes.

Katrina has 13 years’ experience in production, starting her career as a Production Operator and working her way up through various job roles including Team Leader, EHS Officer and Operations Compliance Officer. Katrina is a EHS trainer, an ISO 45001 International Lead Auditor and is NEBOSH General Certified.

One of Katrina’s roles will be to support the ongoing implementation of TCP, which assists with production scheduling and productivity, enabling a smooth and efficient production process. She will also be working with the area managers to ensure each team is reaching their maximum performance levels and will oversee priority areas and jobs. Assisting the delivery of IATF 16949 is also on Katrina’s agenda along with maintaining the 6S principles.

We have also welcomed another eight members of the production team in various areas over the past weeks to assist our constant growth and increase in demand.
