ZircoFlex® FORM – Innovative Structural Heat Shield
It is now possible to create structural heat shields thanks to Zircotec’s heat shield, ZircoFlex® FORM.
This rigid, dimpled stainless steel sheet heat shield, combines Zircotec’s proven ceramic coating protection together with the strength and ability to form structures such as heat shields, boxes and bulkheads.
Thanks to it’s ability to solve multiple heat issues, including both reflective and conductive heat sources with gold and black surface treatments, ZircoFlex® FORM delivers a compelling mix of strength, weight, structure and heat resistance.
There is a yellow gold finish on the one to increase reflectivity and a proprietary metallic black coating on the other.

Reduced heat soak to the cabin to reduce reliance on heavy heat insulation materials and improve passenger comfort.
