ZIRCOTEC PERFORMANCE COLOURS
Many of our customers call for the very highest level of performance offered by Performance White but also require a coating in a particular colour, with a surface finish and texture that is robust and easily maintained.
To meet this need Zircotec has developed a range of high temperature quality paint finishes that are applied over the top of our plasma-sprayed Performance White. Our Performance White coating provides a perfect base for the application of these coloured finishes, whilst its thermal performance is maintained so it serves to protect our coloured finishes from the long term aging effects of heat; a problem that is often associated with painted ceramic finishes when they are applied directly to the surface of high temperatures components.
Although Zircotec's coloured finishes are themselves formulated to include ceramic and/or silica, and are applied in a number of controlled layers, they have no impact on the extremely high level of thermal performance already offered by our underlying Zircotec Performance White coating. They are however formulated to maintain their appearance and prevent peeling, etc. All of these coatings have passed through our rigorous product testing and verification regime (click here for details) before being included in our coating range.

Graphite - This coating offers a subtle but highly attractive matt grey finish which looks great on exhaust system components on a broad range of cars & bikes. We expect it to be used on applications from motorsport to classic cars. (Pantone Ref. PKS430)

Chilled Red - A bright & vibrant metallic red finish that will provide a real focal point in any engine compartment. This coating looks fantastic on all types of exhaust manifolds and other exhaust system components, in addition to other engine parts such as cam-covers & inlet manifolds. (Pantone Ref. PMS177)

Warm Grey - This is a silver/grey metallic finish but with a subtle hint of Zircotec's own "Warm Grey" colouration. This coating offers a highly attractive finish that is guaranteed to be popular across a broad range of applications. (Pantone Ref. WarmGrey-5)

Yellow Gold - A highly attractive metallic finish with a golden yellow colouration. This coating looks great on exhaust manifolds, but it also looks fantastic on other engine components. It is intentionally bright & vibrant to provide a real point of interest within any engine compartment. (Pantone Ref. PMS121)

Solid Black - This is a high quality matt black finish that will suit a broad range of applications. This coating represents an upgrade to our previous black finish, and we are sure that this new coating will be just as popular. It provides a subtle but attractive finish that will suit both car and motorcycle applications (Pantone Ref. PMS426)

Sterling Silver - A coating with a high quality metallic silver finish, offering that is both durable and long lasting. It represents an upgrade to our previous silver finish. We expect this new coating to have a broader appeal for both classic and performance cars and bikes. (Pantone Ref. PMS428)

Fern Green - An attractive light green coating which we expect to be popular across a number of niche applications, perhaps where there is a desire to match or compliment the colour of other component parts. (Pantone Ref. PMS359)

Ultra Blue - As the name suggests this is a real vibrant blue coloured coating. It is highly attractive and looks great on exhaust manifolds, and on other engine parts. We expect this coating to be popular across a number of key applications, including a number of various performance cars. (Pantone Ref. PMS2718)

Metallic Black - A coating with a high quality metallic black finish. The metallic fleck gives this coating a hint of hidden vibrance. Must be seen to be appreciated since photographs do not show the full effect. This coating looks great on an exhaust manifold and other exhaust system components. (Pantone Ref. PMS419)

Antique Silver - This coating provides a metallic silver finish with a subtle hint of gold that provides a highly attractive antique silver effect. This coating offers an unimposing but sophisticated appearance. (Pantone Ref. PMS467)

Copper - A bright and vibrant metallic copper coloured coating that will stand out on any engine. We expect this coating to have broad popularity across a range of applications from performance cars to classic cars. (Pantone Ref. PMS150)

Aqua Green - This coating offers a silver/grey metallic finish but with a subtle hint of aqua green colouration. This combination delivers a highly attractive finish that would look great on any car. Aged Brown - This coating offers a solid and totally unassuming matt brown finish that serves to disguise the extremely high levels of technology and performance that sit beneath.
