We are delighted to be able to announce the completion of a management buy-out (MBO) of the Zircotec trading arm of Accentus plc. The new company "Zircotec Ltd" will continue to be known as Zircotec, and will carry on business as usual from its production facility on the Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire, UK. All of Zircotec's contact details will remain unchanged.
The MBO was led by Managing Director Terry Graham, and was supported by fellow shareholders and directors Andy McCabe, Peter Whyman and Chris Barette. This is a very exciting time for Zircotec and all of its staff. Zircotec is a thriving business, offering a range of thermal barrier coatings and other ceramic products to a broad range of customers. The business has experienced strong growth over recent years, and the buy-out brings new financial investment and the potential for further rapid growth, taking the company through to the next stage of its development. Zircotec has rapidly expanded its portfolio of products and ceramic coatings to offer new solutions in a range of applications, right from performance upgrades for road cars through to aerospace, and this development programme is now set to continue.
